Original Berry Wise™ Recipe
Use 1 scoop + 180 ml of water, milk or clear juice (apple, cranberry, grape), stir thoroughly and enjoy. If using our Fiber & Antioxidant formula, consume immediately for best results and texture.*

Use 2 scoops + 360 ml of water, milk or clear juice, stir thoroughly = 1 nutritious meal supplement.

*Note: Our Fiber & Antioxidant formula contains psyllium seed husk, a great source of both soluble and insoluble fibers that can reduce blood cholesterol when taken regularly over a few months. After mixing in a fluid, this formula will gel partly if left untouched for about 2 minutes. Drink it right away for the best taste, and let your body begin processing this healthy mixture! Also remember to add fiber sources gradually to your diet if you haven’t been eating many fiber sources before trying Berry Wise™. Enjoy!

Berry Wise™ Fruit Smoothie
Use 1 scoop + 180 ml of water, milk or clear juice (apple, cranberry, grape). Add fresh or frozen berries and/or ½ banana plus ¼ Cup crushed ice. Toss into a blender for 30 seconds and enjoy this tasty smoothie on the spot*.

Berry Wise™ Rich Smoothie
Mix the shake as described above in the original recipe; then add fresh or frozen berries, soy milk or whole milk and a small amount of crushed ice. Blend or stir, and enjoy.

Children's Favorite Berry Wise™ Smoothie Recipe
For a delicious treat, add Berry Wise™ and a few berries to a vanilla milk shake or drinkable yogurt. Children love to add their own ingredients.

Wild Berry Wise™ Smoothie
Blend together until smooth:
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries,
1 cup grape (or other berry) juice,
2 cups fat free vanilla yogurt, 1/4 cup fat free or 1% milk and
2 scoops of Berry Wise™
